The Wedding Blog Roundup – January

Succulent wedding Inspiration

The festive period is such a popular period for getting engaged, and it gives January a real buzz in the wedding blogging world! With so many brides and grooms starting their wedding planning journey, inspiration is everywhere. This month we have seen some absolutely stunning real weddings, trend posts, and bridal fashion. It’s been tough to narrow down our favourites, but here goes!

WE LOVE

This stunning vintage bohemian wedding from Whimsical Wonderland Weddings. The bride’s dress is so pretty, and the just-picked bouquet is gorgeous.

Complete with giant succulent bouquet, foliage crowns, and incredible succulent bowl centrepieces, this wedding featured on Want That Wedding could not be more stylish. We love the bride’s tailor-made dress that she designed herself.

Over at So You’re Getting Married, Phoebe introduced the new Charlotte Balbier separates collection. We love the lace crop top, and the balance between traditional fabrics and striking modern cuts.

The English Wedding Blog have something you don’t see a lot of, a Viking inspired styled shoot. The floral decorations are incredible, and we like the headpieces used.

We love Kat of Rock n Roll Bride’s writing. It’s always fun, original and upbeat. This month she has written a great personal post – A Day in the Life about her life as a wedding blogger. We love her humour and honestly, and cheeky lunchtime NetFlix is something we really must introduce at Dovetail HQ!

Come on February, you have a lot to live up to! ♥
